AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS AND POWER STEERING
Most of the old transmission systems are designed to use an automatic transmission fluid meeting the General Motors specification Dexron II. Such transmission fluids are commonly referred to as ATF IID. This fluid is suitable in most power steering systems unless the manufacturer recommends a higher quality product.
Many newer Japanese automatic transmission systems prefer a synthetic transmission fluid that meets Japanese vehicle manufacturers’ specification such as Toyota IV, Nisan Matic Fluid C, D, J, Mitsubishi SP-11 e.t.c… Our product also meets the Dexron VI and ZF TE-ML 03D – 04D.
Our products that meet these specifications are;
- Slusol ATF IID
- Petsar ATF XTP which is synthetic.
